Volunteer with Sutton Scouts

Every week, over 1,500 young people across Sutton take part in Scouting because volunteers give their time to make it happen. Whatever skills, experience or amount of time you have, there’s a role that will fit around your life.

We currently have two types of volunteer role open:

Work with Young People

Become a Leader or Helper and run activities, games and adventures with our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts or Explorers. No experience needed — full training provided.

Time: Usually weekly, term-time evenings
Who: Ages 18+

Support Volunteer

Help behind the scenes — admin, bookkeeping, maintenance, gardening or event support. Flexible, no regular commitment required, and many roles can be done from home.

Time: Flexible, fits around you
Who: Ages 18+

Not sure which is right for you?

That’s fine — tell us a bit about yourself and we’ll help match you to a role. All enquiries go through our short form below and our team will be in touch directly.
