Welcome to Sutton Scouts

Face to Face Scouting across Great Britain ceased in March due to the Covid Pandemic Lockdown.
As the lockdown begins to ease all Scout members must follow the Covid Instruction issued by The Scout Association in conjunction with the advice of the National Youth Agency.
The current situation about the return to more normal Scouting can be found here.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life.
We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more.
Nationally each week, we give over 460,000 young people the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future.
We’re talking about teamwork, leadership and resilience – skills that have helped Scouts become everything from teachers and social workers to astronauts and Olympians.
We believe in bringing people together. We celebrate diversity and stand against intolerance, always. We’re a worldwide movement, creating stronger communities and inspiring positive futures.

Scouting is divided in to 5 sections:
Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network.
The links below give more information on each section.

If you fancy an adventurous challenge, such as camping, boating, caving, skiing, narrowboating and many more activities, you’ve come to the right place.

Or perhaps put your artistic skills in to action, with craft, acting, painting, circus skills, cooking, baking and many others all included in our varied challenge programmes.
